How to Empower Your Personal and Professional Life Through Journaling
A diary or a journal, provides so many advantages and so many ways, because journaling has been shown to also create. Find a quiet time in the day and a quiet place to journal. Insert your diary, where you see it every day. Use a notebook, a blank book, a popular journal, or a computer, because each of them serve as outlets for expression. Through journaling you that outlet of expression, so you can see what you thinkthen you can handle and understand, creating stress, concentration and clarity, or to pursue goals and intentions. Here are three possibilities, as you empower your diary, use your self, for your personal or professional life:
Reduce stress - Journaling at regular intervals on daily events, joys and struggles alike, can actually help you face your day, and solve your problems with less stress. On admission to the day, you are the processing of your feelings, your fears and joys, as youwrite.
To help with the stress of the day, you can create a routine and journaling system for your self. Every morning, ask yourself a morning question. This is a test for the day question and the answer written down, can be a good way, with the focus of the day. For example - "What shall I do today, that support is just me?" Or - "What shall I do today to my work, (or) with friends or family that is different from what I've done it before?" Another idea - "What a thingI want to achieve today that I had no time to do? "You can ask the same question every day, or ask a new question.
You can also record a diary of what you are doing will continue no more, less or more must be done. For example - "I must stop to play old broken records from my past that no longer apply and no longer serve me." Or: "I am enough. I do not live in fear." You can journal on this subject alone until it feelscompleted.
Another idea is to define Journaling in a statement that a statement, no matter what is causing the stress: for example - "Bob really bothers me when he missed deadlines." Then ask yourself is why, answered in a sentence that is not a question: For example - "If Bob missed deadlines it makes me look bad." Hold a statement and ask yourself why. Always write down your first thought always answer in a sentence. As this process 10 times, 20Times or more, until you discover what really causes stress. Have (Note - There is probably nothing to do with the original sentence.)
Create focus and clarity - journaling in itself can create more focus and clarity in your life. But you can contribute to the taking of your daily experiences in a magazine like "The 5-year-Journal, to your intention, for several reasons. First, there are only three lines to write to you together to the day with what the majority ofimportant to you. You can always write more, in a blank book, but the key is coming back to 5YJ to summarize their experiences. Or you can create a gratitude journal, health or nutrition journal, a prayer or a dream journal, track your goals and intentions, and lots more in 5YJ. Second, to see at a glance where you were, what you think and what in your life last year, 2 years old, even 5 years later.
Tracking goals and intentions - are goalswhat do you want to accomplish. Be as specific as possible in your journal. For example - Lose 10 pounds in 3 months, read more every day, more time with my family every week, etc. The decisions are determined as you reach your goals. Again, as accurately as possible. For example, eating - Exercise 3 to 4 times per week for at least 40 minutes time, and nutritious food, go to the bookstore once a month and 1 hours set aside to read at night to change my schedule at work andSaturday is always free, etc. Then each day, write about what you do to achieve your goals or write what you begin to do the next day, want to reach your goal.

Warsaw Journal - A Young Man Fights the Good Fight
Andrzej (pronounced ahn-zjay) was not movie star beautiful. He would be the first to admit that in the wry, self deprecating way he always talked. But if you are already behind his glasses into his bright, shining eyes, one saw a burning curiosity about life, who refused to be deleted.
He was fascinated by all things military. When we first met, he bombarded me with questions and I had flown from aircraft described in the return to the last detail, every aircraft, helicopters, tanks and artilleryPiece in the Polish army - all areas in halting, but precise technical English. He was literally a walking edition of Jane's series of military weapons.
Andrzej was admitted to the University of Warsaw, but when school started in September last year, he was not there. Instead, he was in hospital awaiting a decision over life and death of someone he had never met. You see, he suffers from an immune system disorder that had plagued him since his childhood. In layman's terms, he wassusceptible to every disease and every virus that came his way. To add his troubles, he had contracted hepatitis, and the doctors told him he would not live much longer without a new liver. The fact that a transplant from someone who thought of the deceased.
I suspect the system for the management of organ donors in Poland is not better nor worse than in other developed countries. It is monitored by the government and usually drags on, that things happen slowly, but surely. But timing is everythingLife, and as Andrzej, the donor list, something happened - something complicated and very political - and the system to a standstill. No one knew when the donors would reappear. Meanwhile, Andrzej, waiting for his future uncertain.
15. August is Army Day in Poland. The Poles call it "The Feast of the Miracle on the Vistula" - a day in the early 1920s, when Marshal Pilsudski with a greatly inferior force drove the Soviet army from the river and thenback in Russia, Poland in order to secure the borders. Every year there is a parade in downtown Warsaw packed with troops, military equipment and a flyby of planes and helicopters. Andrzej was home for a rare day in the hospital and asked me to take him to see it. But when the time came to leave, he was too weak to walk. Instead, we saw on television at home.
It was a bitter afternoon. As we watched the parade, Andrzej provided a running commentary, and I sat clutching a piece ofPaper he had written, stating the names of everything we saw - all in English, of course. Sometime after a flyover of MIG 29s and F-16, I gave him an honorary fighter pilot. It was all I could do to think about. When the parade was over, Andrzej began to weaken and rose fever. His mother brought him to the hospital shortly thereafter.
All that has happened over a year ago. Since then, another Armed Forces Day Parade come and gone. But Andrzej was not there, so you see it becauseAfter a long and agonizing wait until the liver he needed so badly that he died from complications of organ transplantation. The burning curiosity about life, who refused to be deterred forever dimmed.
I do not know why God allows some people to live and die sentenced to others. What I know is that Andrzej was my friend - and I miss him very much.

Creative Writing Journal - Why A Writing Journal Doesn't Work For Some Creative Writers

Family Memory Journal
A family memory journal is a fun and easy way to preserve family memories. A few years ago I was sorting through a pile of unused journals (many given to me as a gift!) And tried to come up with a way to use them well.
A day after a family gathering, I sat down and wrote a short description of the meeting in one of the unused journals. I wrote, where we held the meeting, we were celebrating the occasion, the names of people who had taken part, andnothing of the day stood out in my memory. I did this for the next family reunion, and then simply put the magazine in a drawer somewhere.
It does not have such a large deal of the time, but probably one or more years later, I seem to put the magazine back and looked at the entries I had made. It was really fun reading them again. I had already forgotten some of the things that had happened, or thoughts that I had at the time, luckily I hadTo write down thoughts.
I have really forgetful about writing in my family memory journal, but in the last few years, probably chronicled two or three family events a year. If you think about in 25 years, the Journal is full of family memories.
Family magazines are a good thing to pass to your children and grandchildren. At the time they do not really care what's going on, but someday they will appreciate some recalledher childhood memories.
In the past year or so I got really into scrapbooking. I just thought that my memory magazine a great resource for my scrapbooking projects will be. Sometimes it takes months to create your photos ready and pages. At this point you can use all the memories you had with them, to forget. If you have your family memory journal, you can use it to add journaling your scrapbook pages with your mind as clear as if you had takenthe pictures yesterday.
Do not let time pass you by and let the special family moments away from you. Sometimes an event can be as routine as "another family birthday party" could be a great memory later in life to make. Calories to Lose Weight - A Food Journal is the Key to Success
The only way to effectively lose weight is to work more calories than you eat. Thus, counting calories, lose weight can be effective, but only if you.
