The level of presentation in diskmags was not very high in general. Cracker Journal ran on the Amiga Intuition library, while Grapevine and Hack Mag were better, but still rather plain, interfaces. Then, one day we saw a new magazine "Playbyte" which features such as clip art, and had proportional fonts (and other things we take for granted) these days on the Internet.
